What is required to activate the system:

  • Only upload student information’s and the system will work directly. (Our company helps you with this task)
  • Our company helps the school to upload/download the data on the system in an easy and fast way.
  • The school administration does not need any server or a special hardware.
  • The system runs through any Internet browser and does not require fast Internet.
  • The system can be activated and operational for the school within one day only.

How the school will use the system:

  • After uploading the student data on the system and activating it.
  • The system will generate (login name and password) for each student to use it to access the system via the mobile application.
  • The school administration and teachers can then use the control panel (the system portal) to activate all the features mentioned earlier, such as sending alerts, homework, exams and others ...

How to login to the system:

  • Using any Internet browser (IE, Chrome, Firefox) the school administration can login to the system portal through the internet URL link: http://eschoolsys.com
  • The school's username and password are used to login to the system.
  • You can then use the list of system commands to activate and send any new information to students.

Notes to use the system correctly:

  • The school profile information must be filled first. (One time only)
  • Then adding teachers’ information’s. (One time only)
  • The details of the school classes shall be added, and it should not be deleted after uploading student’s data. (One time only)
  • Students' data is then added to the system in order to be ready for work. (One time only).
  • After entering the students' information, the school administration can download student’s username/password from the system, to print and distribute it to the students, to use it to login to the mobile app.
